We are looking forward to an exciting 2018 build season with major projects in British Columbia, California, and Idaho. We are currently hiring new team members in the following professions. 

We can create flexible positions for qualified individuals, including short-term, long-term, full-time, and part-time positions either as subcontractors or employees.

BOISE, ID - USA

Expected Start Date: April 1, 2018 and ongoing throughout season.


1. Construction Project Manager.
  • Experience managing construction cash flows and capital improvements in the range of $2M per project. 
  • Experience leading civil construction projects, project accounting, subcontractor management is required. 
  • Proficiency in word, excel, and written and verbal communication is required. 
  • Experience executing engineered grading and compaction, asphalt laying and prep, concrete placement, steel structures installation, irrigation and landscape is required.
  • Project Management software experience and/or Quickbooks experience would be beneficial. 
  • Passion for riding bikes is mandatory.
  • Site Safety Certification would be beneficial.

2. Equipment Operators. This is a traditionally-focused role for general excavation and construction.
  • Excavator
  • Loader
  • Skid Steer
  • Passion for riding bikes and flow is beneficial.
  • Ability to read and interpret civil plan sets is mandatory.
  • Established ability to work carefully and in close proximity to other workers is required.
  • Site Safety Certification would be beneficial.

3. Specialty Equipment Operators. This is a trail-shaping-focused role for trailbuilders.
  • Passion for riding bikes and understand of trail flow is mandatory. 
  • Excavator
  • Loader
  • Skid Steer
  • Ability to read and interpret civil plan sets can be learned but would be beneficial.
  • Established ability to work carefully and in close proximity to other workers is required.
  • Established examples of finely tuned trails with excellent flow is required.
  • Site Safety Certification would be beneficial.

3. Hand shapers. This is a Technical trailbuilding or trail-shaping role for trailbuilders.
  • Passion for riding bikes and understand of trail flow is mandatory. 
  • Asphalt experience would be beneficial.
  • Ability to read and interpret civil plan sets can be learned but would be beneficial.
  • Established ability to work carefully and in close proximity to other workers is required.
  • Established examples of finely tuned trails with excellent flow is required.
  • Site Safety Certification would be beneficial.


4. Laborers. This is a traditionally-focused role for general excavation and construction.
  • Experience working in a team environment assisting with site prep, excavation, laser level operation, and site-service installation is mandatory.
  • Attention to detail and passion for a quality finished product is mandatory.
